Melanie Atherton Allen writes fiction, primarily mystery, horror, and comedy (as well as combinations of any two of these, and sometimes of all three).  A story of hers will be appearing in an upcoming issue of Occult Detective Quarterly.  When she is not writing fiction she hopes to publish, she is often engaged in some strange project for her blog (she spells it blaugh), www.athertonsmagicvapour.com.
