Fred Meyer – August 2001 to Present – Teller
Fred Meyer is a department store chain in the Pacific Northwest. Responsibilities include bookkeeping and issuing out funds to the sales force. Also held position in loss prevention.
The Cobalt Group – August 1996 to May 2001 – Production Assistant
The Cobalt Group is a leading provider of e-business products and services for the automotive industry. Duties and accomplishments at this company included the following:
Wrote copy for company newsletter, employee training manual and Web sites.
Mentored a group of 5 interns in writing and basic PERL and JavaScript.
Spearheaded research into options for a corporate intranet.
Researched supporting information using the Internet and phone interviews.
Constructed interfaces for commercial web sites using HTML, JavaScript and PERL.
Tested functionality of Web sites and Web utilities using both white- and black-box methods.
